Judy Hsieh is the Head of Operations at Larta, where she plays a critical role in facilitating communications, collaboration, and strategy execution across the company. Working closely with the CEO, Innovations Lead, Business Development, and Programs teams, she oversees office operations, Human Resources, Information Systems, and Finance. Judy contributes to shaping the strategy, goals, and plans for high-priority cross-functional programs and projects, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure alignment at all levels of the organization and optimizing execution. In her previous role as Head of Programs, Judy led a team responsible for establishing strategic directions, budget planning, and the development and execution of various Commercialization Programs. These programs received funding from Federal agencies in the U.S., foreign governments, corporates, and science-based research entities. She engaged with domestic and global key stakeholders, as well as startups, to drive impactful initiatives. Judy earned her BA in Biology from the University of Redlands and an MBA from Pepperdine University. Additionally, she holds a certificate in Driving Nonprofit Performance and Innovation from Harvard Business School. Judy has been an integral part of the Larta team since April 2008.
